There's probably plenty on ebay, just check the seller feedback to see if they aren't a scam.

Okay thanks, but my mom doesn't really like buying items on Ebay. But I heard that Gamestop sells them for $189.99 for a refurbished system

Yeah gamestop's a good place too, just make sure you get a warranty if it's refurbished.
