Tune-up Utilities is a program which has everything to speed up your computer. Its a free program which you can get on their site. It has a built in defragger and memory clearer. It also lets u customize your boot up screen, your theme of your computer, and your logging in screen. Its a great program. I recommend it .

I also recommend to download a spyware scanner. Spyware can cut your system's performance in half. It can also record everything you type (including usernames and passwords!).
